The debate has started again, are five finger shoes fashionable? My best friend loves her four finger shoes. She say they are comfortable and easy to wear. However, her husband does not feel the same. He thinks they are ugly and unfashionable.

I am normally thrown into the “fight” to say my feelings. It has made me question are five finger shoe fashionable or are they only acceptable for hiking, running, and any other physical activity?Personally I own five finger shoes but I would never wear then out if I was not going for a run. But it makes me question if Louis Vuitton made a line with five finger shoes would they then be seen as fashionable? Many fashion items started out as something for sports wear like running shoes. Now designers are making fashionable running shoes. Celebrities make lines with companies like Nike and Adidas.
