James Franco is at it again! No, he’s not messaging any more 17-year-old girls on Instagram. He directed and starred in a new campaign video for Gucci’s “Techno Color” eyewear collection.
Franco, man of many talents, has collaborated with Gucci in various ads since 2009. Most notably he has been the face of the brand’s Made to Measure fragrance for men campaign in 2013 and as producer of “The Director,” a documentary about Frida Giannini, Gucci’s creative director last year.
The 30-second short video, filled with old Hollywood glamour and retro ambiance, features Franco with Italian model Natalia Bonifacci at Los Angeles’ Chateau Marmont hotel in a steamy pursuit. The two are filmed wearing Gucci’s new frames in multiple luxurious scenes–enjoying cocktails, going for a swim and ultimately driving off into the sunset.
Take a look at Franco’s video below.
