Fashion week is supposed to celebrate creativity and style…sometimes however these two notions are translated into street fashion in quite original…or should I say outrageous ways!
The internet is brimming with wonderful photographs and articles covering New York Fashion Week both on and off the runway…but not all was chocolates and roses in this fashion capital during fall winter 2014.
They say love of beauty is taste and creation of beauty is art. Some of these ladies however did not seem to be loving or appreciating beauty at all.. but rather rending homage to highly tasteless extravaganza.

If you take a very close look you will notice…what the hell? are those Hello Kitty slippers? They definitely don’t match the heavy print on the dress and the red mink coat…sorry Lil’ Kim
Mixing clashing prints is not always a good idea…definitely not when its paired with layers!
